Focus Softnet showcases its solutions in DTSME programme by Qatar’s Ministry of Transport and Communications



Doha: Focus Softnet Qatar is participating in the on-going Digital Transformation of Small & Medium Enterprise (DTSME) programme, organised under the aegis of Qatar’s Ministry of Transport and Communications (MoTC).

In a session held on Tuesday, 27 February 2018, Focus demonstrated how Qatari SMEs can digitally transform their businesses with cloud-based ERP solutions.

In a push towards digitalization, the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MoTC) Qatar is organising a series of events under its ambitious DTSME program. SMEs are being encouraged to pursue digital innovation, competitiveness and growth through end-to-end digital transformation. The ministry is partnering with IT solutions providers to bridge the gap between business owners and service providers, aiming to create a technology based eco-system to empower e-commerce, web-enablement and cloud based solutions.

Speaking to the media, Mr. Ali Hassan, Chief Operations Officer, Focus Softnet Qatar, lauded the efforts of the Ministry, “Focus Softnet is pleased to partner with MoTC for their DTSME programme, which aims to enable Qatari SMEs to digitize by harnessing technology and innovation in the current digital economy of Qatar. It may be noted that cloud adoption in the region is witnessing a rapid increase with a market forecast of $2404.5m by 2020, according to Markets and Markets forecast.
